Born on the winter solstice, the shortest daylight hours in the year, I was given the name Dawn- light bringer. Although I have a "sunny” personality and embody the Sagittarian archetypes of free-spirit, generous, honest (admittedly sometimes without a filter), and truth-seeker… it has taken me a few decades to discover what I was meant to do and how to share my work in the world.

I feel very deeply grateful for the time I spend in Florida and Wisconsin, equally beautiful, soul-filling places. I am outside all day, every day, seeking sunshine, movement and nature…my non-negotiables. When the sun goes down, you will find me in my kitchen creating healthy goodness, getting cozy with my bulldog & family, and endlessly reading astrology books.
